Years ago, I was just like you, frustrated by sleep issues. I personally had had multiple times in my life that sleep evaded me and I had to work very hard, using specific techniques to correct my sleep rhythm. Raising children of course was one major time in my life. More recently emotional pain after the death of my father caused overwhelming fatigue and insomnia. Even more recently, academic work on my doctorate in physical therapy caused me to burn the candle way past the midnight hour and wreaked havoc on my circadian rhythm. I wanted to share these natural tips to help anyone else going through similar issues in their lives..
