Please come to one or all in the series of self-Myofascial Release (MFR) Workshops to learn about your amazing fascial system and how to release it and heal yourself! This will be a series of five two-hour workshops with each workshop focusing on a specific body area.
As we progress through the series, we will work our way through the whole body, starting with the feet and ending up at the crown of the head. Each workshop will include education regarding the basic science behind the fascia and the John F Barnes’ MFR method of treatment www.myofascialrelease.com
*Please bring or be prepared with a yoga mat, block, strap and a soft 1" small and soft 4" larger myofascial release balls. A soft foam roller is highly recommended and they will be available to purchase at an onsite workshop, or can be purchased by clicking below.*
